What the LSX II Offers

The LSX II features a great visual design courtesy of Michael Young and the KEF Product Design Team.

$1,400 USD sounds like a lot of money for a pair of wireless speakers, but when you consider everything that comes with the KEF LSX II and how easy it is to integrate the loudspeakers into your daily listening routine — the price doesn’t feel so outlandish.

KEF does offer desktop stands, floor stands, and a wall-mount option for the LSX II; all 3 of those options are an additional expense ranging from $179.95 to $349.95 USD for the S1 Floor Stands.

Uni-Q: Each speaker includes KEF’s 11th generation Uni-Q driver array consisting of a 19mm (0.75-in.) aluminum dome tweeter and 115mm (4.5-in.) magnesium/aluminum alloy cone woofer.

Music Integrity Engine: Signal processing algorithms correct timing errors so that the Uni-Q drivers provide clear imaging and tighter sound free of unwanted artifacts.

Power Output: The total system power output is 200 watts with separate amplifiers for the woofer and tweeter in each speaker controlled by crossovers.

Frequency Response: 49Hz to 47Hz (dependent on EQ Settings).

Streaming: The LSX II provides Bluetooth, Apple AirPlay 2, and Google Chromecast, as well as being able to stream directly from Spotify Connect and TIDAL Connect.

Connect App (iOS, Android): This provides access to additional streaming content from Amazon Music, Qobuz, Deezer, and TuneIn as well as providing source selection and EQ setting options for the speakers.
