Color Temp is given in 'Degrees Kelvin'. or 'K' Warm light is low on the scale, like maybe 2800k. You should aim higher, maybe 5000k which I see as very bright, almost daylight balanced.
As an aside, the color temperature of your TELEVISION is measured also in degrees 'K'. For more information, look up any test of a television where they measure the performance. You'll see that TV should be some specific value and capable of emitting a wide range of colors. This isn't quite the same as a bulb, but the take-away is the color temp specification of a set.
